How to Install Turn Signals of Motorcycle

Motorcycle is a common transportation tool for people. And different motorcycle lights are the protectors of safe driving for drivers. When you drive on the road, the motorcycle direction light is the most important equipment to inform other vehicles, so you must confirm whether the direction light is normal or not before driving. Usually a motorcycle front turn signal is a turn indicator that is installed on the front of the vehicle through a bracket. There are many existing installation structures, including complex structures that consume a lot of materials, and simple structures connected by a bracket, but the bracket of motorcycle turn signal installation with simple structure usually has poor stability. When the vehicle runs for a certain time or a certain mileage, the turn signal bracket is easy to loosen or even fall off, which will appear safety hazards.

Generally speaking, there are a motorcycle headlight for lighting and motorcycle two front turn signals for turning reminders, and they are installed on the front of the motorcycle. And the headlights are installed in the headlight housing. Lower windshields are installed on both sides of the headlight housing, and the upper windshield is installed at the rear of the upper end of the headlight housing. The two front turn signals are screwed through the base of the front turn lights. It is connected with the upper and lower windshields, so that the front turn signals are located at the upper left and right corners of the headlights between the headlight shells.

Because motorcycle front turn signal light is only connected to the upper and lower windshield with screws through its base, there is no connection between the front turn signal lampshade and the headlight shell and the upper &lower windshield. So the quality of the joint must be good enough to guarantee the safety of driving.

Since the front turn signal mounting bracket is fixedly connected to the outer end of the connecting plate of the frame by fastening the bolts of the shock absorber, there is no need to separately set the connecting bolts to fix, thus it simplifies the connection structure. At the same time, the bracket is formed with overlapping joints, and the positioning flange on the corresponding end surface of the connecting plate can limit the bracket location, which not only can effectively prevent the bracket from rotating, but also improve the stability of the bracket connection. Of course, it ensures that the turn signal is firmly fixed on the frame.

In addition, there is the cover flanging of motorcycle turn signal fixing nut on bracket, which can hide the fastening nut inside the flanging of the bracket, and also can effectively prevent the bad guys from loosening artificially and further ensure the firmness during use. The shock absorber is used to fix the bracket on the end of the connecting plate of the frame with fastening bolts, and the flange is used to prevent the bracket from rotating and cover the turn signal fastening nut. If the turn signal is installed firmly, the motorcycle turn signal light can have long service life.
