The biggest difference between the Tiger 850 Sport and the 900-class is the technology. What the 850 Sport does get is a full-color 5-inch TFT instrument panel that allows riders to switch between four screen layouts and toggle between driving adjustability and modes. The screen is controlled with a right-thumb Home button and a scroller on the left side. Riders can choose between two self-explanatory drive modes. While traction control is switchable, the ABS settings can not be modified. The Tiger 850 Sport saves cost by not using the IMU system which can be found on the Tiger 900s.
